As you can see from the picture above, when you sign up, you will be charged $19.95 plus sales tax (free shipping) and we will ship you the new surprise shirt of the month along with a FREE Arkansas Flag Shirt just for signing up.
For this first month being offered you will only be charged once and not again on February 1st. Your next charge will be March 1st.
Then in the second month, you will be charged $19.95 plus sales tax (free shipping) on the 1st of the month and we will ship out a new surprise shirt of the month tee.
You can then cancel at any time after that. (but that would just be crazy!)
Can I choose the design on the surprise shirt?
It's called a SURPRISE shirt Mr. Silly Pants! Half the fun is seeing what our demented minds are going to come up with for the months surprise shirt. We wouldn't send you a design that we wouldn't dress our own mom's in. Most of the shirts will have an Arkansas or upcoming Holiday theme.
What type of shirts do you use?
We use Next Level tri-blends and Next Level cotton/poly blends that are soft as a baby's butt. They are Men's sizing and fit true to size. If you want a 100% cotton tee instead of a blend, shoot us an email at hello@rockcityoutfitters.com or document this in the onboarding email you will get at purchase.
Can I buy past Surprise Designs?
Of course you can! But they will be at the normal retail price that the common folk not subscribed in the club would pay. Don't worry, one of the perks of being a part of the club is that we will frequently send you coupon codes and deals that you can use to add on with your monthly subscription.
And sometimes if we have extra, we will offer them at a discount to be added with your subscription.
Can I order more than one Shirt of the Month Club Subscriptions?
Sure! You will just need to order them separately. Each one will be the same surprise shirt of the month.
What if I order the wrong size?
Not a problem. If you have never bought from us before sometimes it takes that first month to get your sizing just right...but these shirts run true to size so order what size you normally would.
But if you don't like how it fits, then shoot us an email at hello@rockcityoutfitters.com and we will swap out the size free of charge. After the first one unfortunately it is on you friend.
Will my shirt shrink?
Since these are cotton/poly blends there is very little if any shrinkage what so ever. If you request a 100% cotton then yes, normal shrinkage will occur.
When am I charged?
If you sign up on the 1st-24th your card will be charged and we will immediately send you out that month's Awesome new design along with a FREE Arkansas Flag tee.
Your credit card will then be charged on the 1st of every month (till you tell it not to) and we will send out that months awesome brand new designed tee between the 1st and the 5th of the month.
If you sign up on the 25th through the end of the month, you will still get that month's awesome tee (along with your free Arkansas Flag tee) but we will ship your products out with the next months newly designed tee which you will be charged for on the 1st of that next month.
When will my package arrive?
We will ship out your 1st subscription order 1-5 business days after the order is placed. For your second month and each one going forward, you will be charged on the 1st of the month and your package will be sent out within 1-5 business days.
How do I Cancel?
After the second month, you can cancel no questions asked. You simply go into your account and it is pretty easy from there. Or, you can actually just pause your subscription until you are ready to resume.
What if I hate the design I receive?
First off, if you are a fan of ours then pretty good chance you won't hate it as we will be consistent with our current brand.
However, if you absolutely hate it, shoot us an email to hello@rockcityoutfitters.com as we are pretty chill and easy to work with.
Or give it to a friend who will be sure to appreciate it. This will probably make them stop talking crap about you behind your back.
